blank page after click the start tour button
 

i am creating a tournament. i am selecting the game, selecting the how many players and raund then when i click the start tour. button it gives a blank page, help please.

24 hour later edit: pff...very less support, due to the bug in 2.6.0 mass game importer yesterday i have installed 1534 games one by one (it takes half a day) so please show concern to us more...

you start tournament via adminCP, arcade modCP or in the arcade itself ?



Hey, I really think it is pretty unfair to blame the support here, it is weekend and I don't get paid for this. So please stay calm, beside that you opened this request yesterday on 10pm (where my day was over) and then 12 hours later at 9.30am you call it "24 hour later edit" *boooh*
And before telling "very less support" think about other support-requests you did:
This one got answered in 2 hours 20 minutes
I also offered to directly help re-import your old scores from a backup to your ibProArcade on your site, everything for free.

I am already preparing v2.6.1+ to be released which fixes the bugs reported (yes, even the mass-installer) which also takes its time.


Maybe you understand that such postings really make me angry!! :mad: :down:

yes i know but my scores are gone forever so i dont give you the ftp info cause its not necassary anymore anyway thanks for your support. i am starting the tournament in the arcade itself

If you had a DB-backup (which everybody should have installing a new modification ;)) it is not much magic to restore and convert the scores from v3arcade. As told before, I can do this if you provide that backup and access. Just an offer :)


for the blank page:
please open /arcade.php and search forand replace this withLet me know if this helps - and which version of vBulletin and PHP you are running.

(btw i am using vb 3.6.5 and PHP Version 5.2.1)
also there was 2 i replaced two of them.
