whatever happened to the "request a paid modification"?

anyways, not paying alot as this shouldnt take too long to make, $25

what i want is the admincp home page to be modified with a product, preferably no php code changes, i want under the user name search an email search with find and exact match

like my quick email finder hack was

also the admin notes and the "welcome to the...." down at the bottom of the page above contributors
