Login looping in template

Hi everyone,

On a template design (http://www.ugamer.net/forum/index.php?styleid=8) I have developed, when clicking on "Register", accepting the rules and entering the DoB, I get taken straight back to the rules accept form.

I cannot for the life of me figure out what might be up here.

Any pointers or have you heard of this problem being induced by a template modification?
