Remove rules from registration?

Is it required that new registrants accept the rules? Is there some way to bypass that step in registration, or turn off the rules?

Turn off in vBulletin Options (inscription), or modified the register_rules template.

thanks. i'll look for it again in the options. i just didnt see it i guess?

i still don't see this in the options...which setting group is this located in?
