Which hacks/mod do this?

Hi,

Mod 1
I was wondering which hack/modification it is that allows you to accomplish this the additional information at the top of the thread ( Example here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=138146 ) - I am talking about the information in the boxes at the top eg VB version, Rating, Released etc etc.

Mod 2
The other one I was wondering about is on the same example link - which mod is it where you can get the first thread post to display at the top of all pages?
