Turn off ability to delete PMs for one member

Is this possible? Maybe through conditionals? I need to turn off the ability for one member so that he/she cannot delete their private messages...

Any possibilities from those with the skills to make this happen?

you can hide the delete option for that user via a conditional

I believe the template is pm_showpm.
