phpAdsNew - banners gone - disappearing
 

I have posted this over on http://forum.openads.org/index.php?showtopic=503412926 and have no response.

We are just beginning to grow so reliable advertisement will become a "requirement" soon. My banners on phpAdsNew just "disappear" sometimes ...... gone ...... then they will "reappear" sometime later ...... sometimes hours or a day later. I have checked campaign dates, etc ....... all of this is OK.

My site: www.lakemurrayforums.com ...... they are working this morning. Were not working last night. Haven't changed anything with banners. Hosted at FQ but I don't think that could be an issue since all other functions of my forum work when my banners disappear.

Has anyone experienced this and where to I look to find the problem?

I just posted this over on the phpAdsNew forum. Looks like even though I am just a couple of months old I need to upgrade. Just in case anyone else has the problem.

What version of OpenAds? If it is not 2.0.11, upgrade to 2.011 first. There was an issue in an earlier release that would sometimes set priorities of all banners in a campaign to zero, effectively stopping banner display altogether.

Thanks .... I installed in December, just a couple of months ago, and it looks as though I have 2.09-pr1 . so upgrade instructions are in the install guide .... right?

Have you tried different different phpadsnew evoke code? Maybe the java version or the iframe. There could be some kind of conflict.
