Well I'm basically looking for the Link Back, Digg this, furl etc.. mod that displays right beside "Thread Tools" when viewing the thread.

I dont think so. I think linkbacks are still only a vBSEO feature or atleast I haven't seen one released at vB.org yet so it maybe here too
