vborg_miscactions.php (Search with no searchid)
As posted originally here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=140407
With the new drop down in the search area "New Modifications" the link is said to be: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/vborg...hownewreleases Which in turn redirects the user to the search and the key words New Releases in the Last Week which i assume has a number of predefined options in the search, yet shows the final result to what people want to see. I was wondering if vb.org (Paul?) would be nice enough to share this hack with the public, as I could use that on my forum as I am sure many others can to If not, maybe someone else can show us a way we can build/create something similar? Thanks I tried searching for a similar mod, with no luck, so sorry in advance if I missed it. |
There is nothing special really, the code simply extracts a list of threads to be displayed, inserts them as a record in the search table, then calls search.php to display the results for the inserted searchid - all the code to do this can be found in search.php.
