How do you Reinstall plugin Safely?

Well, I have an Awards System, and an Arcade system, when I changed layouts, it no longer showed the awards and rpg info on the users when they made forum posts.

Anyway to reinstall those plugins without losing all the rewards and rpg stuff?

Eh.. I'll just install from scratch maybe, probably not a way to do this.
