Folders in top left (where you are)

How do I get a custom page to show a description on "where you are" in the folders on the top left? Does the coding have to be in the PHP file or Template? Can somebody give me an example? Like, in the screenshot below, I just want it to say "Cute Aggie of the Week". How do I do that?
