Well i want to disable all active urls..

is there a way from stopping urls from being active and being coded instead

eg..

someone postts

http://google.co.uk

and it turns to

Code:

http://google.co.uk

But also.. even if its coded sometimes its still active

Code:

http://google.co.uk

Is there a way to auto disable this? I know you can click https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2010/04/17.gif

But getting 1500 members to do that is impossible
