Looking for Team Members.

I'm currently looking for Team members to help me develop a nice tutorial script i'll be making the theme, which is almost done already for my tutorial website im doing, of course you will be able to be staff on the website, the website will have over 4,000+ unique hits a day, 21,000+ members, and a active forum since im using my other website and redirecting it. Let me know if interested since i dont have enough time to develop it by my self.
