Request Read Reciept checked by default
 
Just a simple template mod that makes your "Request Read Reciept" for private messages to be checked by default. I THOUGHT this was an option in the admincp but I couldn't find it.

This has been tested and working on my website so I KNOW this works for 3.6.4. Not sure about any of the earlier versions, but it should work just the same.

Support will only be given to those that have clicked INSTALL

It's basically so you can know when and if the PM you send to another user has been read or not
