Limit Number Of Times A User Can View Attachments
 

Is it possible to create a hack where it restricts the amount of attachments a user can view in a certian time period? This would be REALLY good for big boards that want to cut down on server / bandwidth usage :D

Ideally it would be linked to the users reputation amount, so more rep = more downloads. It should also have the option to have an "admin set" option, so the admin can set a custom amount.

I think it should also have its own "control panel", so that admins can set all the parameters for it.

I think it should have some (if not all) of the following features:

1. Ability to set time for download "reset" - meaning the time at which people can download again
2. Usergroups that cannot download at all
3. Usergroups that are exempt from download limits (eg admins, super mods)
4. Forums that are exempt from download limits
5. Custom message when download limit reached
6. Option to limit downloads based on user reputation (more rep = more downloads)
7. Limit per reputation level (see above point)

i cant think of anymore, but feel free to suggest - i am willing to add a donation to the creator, not much but i will do my best :)
