Is it possible to make threads links?
 
I would like to make one of my forum's threads links so that when people click on them they are sent to that link instead of reading posts. Can it be done?

not possible in a default vBulletin .. however, there is an option for you to create a Link Forum

Link Forum – this really is not a forum at all. It is just a link to another webpage; it could be another forum, or it could be an entirely different site. To create this type of forum, specify a URL in the Forum Link option.
