RSS feed displayed in profile
 

I tried searching for this, but all I found were a few requests for similar things. Something that would be cool was if people could enter an URL to their feed in the User CP, and then the latest x headlines from that feed would be diplayed in their profile.

Not sure how hard this would be to develop, but seeing how vB has a built-in feedreader, I can't imagine it would be too hard. I guess the work would be in processing the feed url to the feedreader, and then once it has been read, process the headlines to the member's profile. Or something like that ;)

I take it from the lack of response that I'm more or less the only one interested in functionality like this, and should rather try to get it custom made by offering some cold $$ for it? :)
