You did not enter anything for the Ribbon Description.

Im trying to add a new ribbon, but im getting the message "You did not enter anything for the Ribbon Description." after I click save. Anyone have a clue as to why or how to fix this? Im running 1.5.8 and vb3.6.4. Thanks!
