Custom Skin based on existing .psd for $$

Hello,

I had a psd made for me some time ago for a site I am no longer planning on developing. I want to hire someone to take this psd and "convert" it to a vBulletin skin. Where would a good place to look to get this doe be? How much do custom skins go for?

Every designer has its own pricing. Just find a designer who you think is capable of coding that psd file and ask him.

shes a she, what kinda of skin were you looking for, post up some of the files so we can see, or slap up a brief so one of us can see you initial idea. and maybe we can judge a price or attempt a prototype for you.
