Import Problom
 
On the "How to install guide" for the product I'm trying to install on my forum, it says that I need to "Import product-spellvb.xml" but I don't know how to import it.

I would start by reading the VB directions. The best place to start with anything in life. If it includes directions READ THEM... But to answer your question you need to log into your admin cp goto products and plugins. Then to product manager at the bottom click ADD IMPORT. follow the directions you see on the next screen. Make sure you know where you have that saved so you can point it to it

Thanks, but when I click import it directs me to a screen that says:

Importing Product, Please Wait...

[:]

Processing: 311... (0%)
Processing: 596... (0%)
Processing: 910... (0%)
Processing: 1139... (1%)
Processing: 1409... (1%)

It goes up to 37% but it doesn't load any more then 37%. What am I doing wrong?

I think your still doing something wrong. Can you please send me a screen shot of where your at in the admincp. I've never seen a product do that
