OK, something fouled up a bit and I wanted to know how to fix this.

Currently, while not logged in or not regged, I see this on top of the first forum section.

Looks like you forgot to enter some information in that hack. I would look for the options and make sure you entered the required information for it to operate properly

yes, it was the "welcome and increase this and that" modification however I uninstalled it and it left that.

I will ask on that forum post the correct way to uninstall it as well
