If this could be done it would be realy cool i think. Backgrounds for categories. I've attached an image where you can see what's the problem and the challenge. Make one background streched out over multiple subforums to look if it is one image. :) Can this be done?

Could be done if you skinned your forumhome to use CSS instead of tables.

Actually, it can also be done if you make that main table have a background, and make sure there are no backgrounds for the cells inside.
