*Append* one thread to another
We often get threads created about the same subject on our forum and quite often it would make sense to combine the two threads however if you use the "merge threads" option the posts in the new thread are ordered by their original date stamp, which means the new thread often ends up being very confusing.
A really useful additional option would to be able to "append" one thread to another so that during the append process the date stamps of posts from one thread are adjusted to be after the last post from the other thread. |
