I need some help for having everyone use the default style!
I just upgraded my boards to 3.6.4 from a 3.5.2 version.
I had to update the skin style and I've been able to have all users use the new default skin but my own user name, (administrator). I've tried making the 3.6 version the default through the vbulletin options, I modified the user settings through admincp but when I login, it somehow keeps reverting back to the old style. Update: I've noticed that this only happens for admins. I dont know how a usergroup can be defined to use a specific style. Any solutions? |
- Could be a cookie issue .. clear your cookies or change the style via the Quick Style Chooser dropdown (footer).
- Check your USERCP style settings. - Recheck your vbulletin options. |
Princeton, Thanks for the initial suggestions.
I created a new user. Added him to the admin team, old unwanted skin was default. Switched him over to registered members, the new skin was default. It does work if I have it enabled through drop down, but I only want one skin available to my users. When I set it so that users cant change their skin, it becomes unavailable through the usercp, and I triple checked the vbulletin options. If you can solve this for me, you are the man! Come to think of it, I'll transfer you $15 for your time if you can help me resolve this. |
