Quick Style Chooser

I have a new skin and it's perfict exsept for one little thing. It doesn't have a Quick Style Chooser. I know this doesn't sound like a big problom but once where on the skin they can't get back to other ones. If any of you could give me the codes for that and tell me how to get the codes into the skin, that would be great.

just copy the html code found in a default "footer" template
