Where can I get that yellow bar thingy for unregistered users? At the top of browser.

You know, like a security warning when you're surfing websites.

Where can I get that? When users click it they're taken to the registration page.

I can't remember what it's called.

Hope someone knows what I mean.

Do a search for "userbar" or something to that effect. It should be under the 3.6 addons
