Have looked and looked...does any one know where the floating sidebar link is?

i.e the one thats on this site:

Just to let you know. All of those "......................" in your welcome message loook REAL bad. It's a major turnoff. (For me anyway)

Yeah Really hated it after I did it. gonna change it back but seem to be to involved in this talker bot thing...wish i'd never started to install it now.
