vb.org Archive - Download/Link hack [code]

Hello,

I noticed that on this forums (vBulletin.org) They have a hack that makes it to were you either 1) need a certain rank to view the downloads listed in or 2) Have to be verified. I was woundering If anybody had this that makes it so either you need so many posts to view the link in the [ code ] box or need a certain rank. I have looked and looked and either I am blind, or It doesn't exist as of yet. (I'm sure I might just be blind HAHA)

I would also like to know if there is a hack/mod availible to add in the Download Now section to my site. Like how you guys have it, then it either shows the URL or the attachement
