PHP graphic?
 
My logo placeholder at http://gamegeekspeak.com is an assembled animated gif in photoshop.

Does anyone know of a way to script out the graphic so as it is requested it could display different text via a file or setting, rather then may going into photoshop and changing it?

I know it is possible for things like graphic requests for signatures that display what music you ar elistening to, or radio stations webcasting music.

Anyone have any suggestions or pointers?

Explore Imagemagick, what you want to do could probably be based on CAPTCHA image code.
