Announcement/Sticky designation modification
 

Is there a currently existing mod, or one that could be created, where a stickied or "announcement" title on a stuck thread could be changed or customized easily by a moderator when they post a new one.

Meaning, if you stickied a thread, but wanted it to say "Read This!" instead of "Sticky", you could do it easily when creating the thread, or just in your regular moderation tools?

Not like, an ADDITIONAL designation, but ones that's customizable on each post.

Rather than a list of prefixes I can choose from, I want, like, another empty box I can type into that will make the prefix say absolutely anything I want.
