Need a mod - Moving text below navbar
 
i just cant seem to find it...
i know you guys have it..
i downloaded it before...but i cant find it now..
its a small mod that displays small Moving Text just below the navbar...like a notice or some update set by the admin...
dont know the name of it, so i'm not able to search for it too :p...

someone please help me find it

Search for Global announcements...Also search for scrolling marquee.
And at any time you download & click install on any mod,Look in navbar click drop down arrow...then click installed hacks.....Every hack you clicked installed on is there.
