Scrolling Quote Box for long quotes
 

I've searched and searched but cannot find a mod for this.

I admin a large forum that has some academic interaction. There is frequently a desire by some of the participants to quote a very extensive portion of text. Is there a mod that allows me to specify the maximum "height" of quoted text that would have a scroll bar added thereafter. It would need to function equivalently to the html tags that make the text box fairly small and scrolls for text that exceeds the dimensions of the box.
