[HELP] Creating a design structure in XML

Greetings,

I have been trying to do this for some time now. Unfortunately i haven't been able to figure out exactly how to do so yet >.<. Guess i'm not that talented in coding.
Would anyone be so kind and help me out. I've been trying for a really long but can't really figure it out.
