Can't post images and my smilies have disappeared

Hi all, I am new to VBulletin and have sorted out a few issues and love my board but still can't seem to get the following 2 issues sorted:

I am using VBulletion Version 3.6.4

1/ My smilies won't display in the message reply box although if I type in the code they will display in the post itself.

I have checked the smilie manager and everything seems fine although when I go back to post they are not displayed.

The default smilies were displayed to the right of the message reply box up until a few days ago.

2/ Attachments won't display even though I have enabled all attachments in the Attachment Manager. When I attempt to upload an atttachment I get the following message sh: line 1: /identify: No such file or directory

I would greatly appreciate your help ... I have been trying to fix this day after day with no luck!

Thanks in advance. :)

bumping for some help :)

Posting this at the vBulletin.com forums as these are questions on standard vBulletin would have been better.

1) Please provide a link so we can see what you mean.

2) You have turned on ImageMagick in your vBulletin Options (AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Image Settings) but ImageMagick is either not installed or you did not provide the full path to the binaries.

Thankyou Marco and sorry for my mistake.

I have now got images displaying as a link as you can see on the last post in this thread:

** Removed Adult content **

Also smilies are displaying for me in the message reply box but not for my partner who is also Admin (and has the same permissions for images enabled). smilies display when the code is posted but do not display in the message reply box prior to submitting the post, for my partner, moderators, or registered users. only for me!

thanks in advance :)

I have just been frantically searching for where the style setting are and it seems like default style is the only option.

I suggest you open a Support Ticket at vb.com, so someone can look a bit more into your problem.
