Help, need to Fix email problem being sent out to members

Hi

memebrs who subscribed to threads on the board tend to recieve emails that contain text but no URL's to link back to the site. Also when a members types in the reason, the whole text in the Email comes joined together with no spaces, nor indents...

how to fix the problem to normal?
