Lottery system

A mod that will generate a random number, viewable by all board members, and the member with the closest entry wins.

You could enter all the member submitted numbers (aka lottery tickets) into the mod, and once the system generates the random number, it will determine who the winner is based on the closest entries. From there, you can reward with the winner member with a prize or special benefit.

Is there something like that?
