Problems with moveing a forum.
 

Here is what i have done :
I have installed vb on a different directory. I want a fresh start. everything blank. the only thing i wanted to carry over was the users.
Here is the problems i am haveing:
Some of my users cannot even logon, they get incorrect password. They can reset their pass but when they get in their user settings are messed up and currupt. For instance, they cant see pm's and some of their birthdays are messed up (month 0 day 0 year 02). Is their any way i can set a universal setting for all users so they have the same birthday/settings so everyone can logon fine.
