New to VB - Trying to use IMG HTML Tag

Questions for everyone...

I'm new to VB, but for some reason when I try post pics using the <img> tag...for some reason I'm not having any luck. I keep getting X's. I'd appreciate if I could get some help with this. Much appreciated
