Allowing thread starts to edit thread titles
I recently migrated a big board from ubb.threads to vBulletin. Things are going very well, but there's one crucial thing missing -- the ability of thread starters to edit the titles of their threads. My members used to do this with their trip report threads -- they edited the title to indicate their trip report had been updated with a new day's report. This is important because then anyone who sees the thread pop up in a search can tell it has been updated by the trip report author.
I know that administrators and moderators can edit thread titles, but is there a way to allow thread starters to edit their thread titles too? |
