This "Image Uploader" what is it called?

There is a vBuellitin site - WetCanvas.com that gives users a "simple to use" image uploader.

In the full edit box, it replaces the functionality of the "image insert" icon. On clicking it you get

Step 1 - Ask the users to browse their disk for the image.

Step 2 - Shows them the image (see below)

Which they click on to accept and the BB codes are inserted in to their post.

Does anyone know what this addon is called? Or where it can be found?
