Maximum threads per forum per person
 
I would like to see a hack which allows you to set a maximum number of threads allowed per person per forum.
I see there are hacks which allow a max per usergroup.
But we have classified advert forums which we allow a maximum of 1 For Sale and 1 Wanted thread per person - otherwise the forum gets clogged up with too many threads.
We're having to manually impose that rule at the moment and it's a real pain.
It would be much better if we could have it automatically prevent people from posting a third thread.
