Footer Zone and Time
 
I need help accessing the Footer Zone and Time information.

ie

"All times are GMT -5. The time now is 03:43 AM"

Using an external script outside of the vbulliten directory but within same domain. The global variables is getting reset by my external script otherwise this would be easy.
