What should I do?
 
I am currently using a

Dual Xeon 2.4Ghz
4gb ram
73 10kRPM

and it seems the server can't handle the traffic I am getting..so the question is should I get two servers for the website or I should get

Dual Opteron 280
4GB Ram
73GB 15K SCSI
146GB 10K SCSI
