Collapse / Expand - How do you make it show?

Hi there

I've noticed that on the forums page, the collapse and expand buttons have some text next to them ("expand", "collapse") instead of just the button. How do I make the text appear next to the button?

you will need to create a new image button with the text "expand", "collapse"
