Thread Stater Can't Bump Thread - Other posters can

Hi,

I was wondering if there are any hacks currently available that can do this, and if not whether anyone could code it.

Quite simply it is just to apply a function to a forum where if the thread starter posts in their own thread, then the thread doesn't bump, but if another user posts then the thread is bumped.
