Mod to restrict the image size of a user.

Atm I'm having trouble on my site. When a user posts an image by linking it. The image sticks out from the side:

I've heard there are mods which automatically turn the image into a link if they go past the limite or is there an other way to sort out this problem?

Could you tell me what the name of the mod is called please.
