Drop menu Positioning?

How does Vbulletin determine Drop down menu position?. I cant seem to find a CSS or code for positioning.

They are positioned absolutely via JS I think... probably calculated from the location of its parent (trigger) cell.

What code would i have to change or add to get the drop menu's to align center?
Or to position them where i want x y.
