Prevent quoted posts...

I have an issue with users quoting the first poster when it is totally unnecassary, atleast for the first page or the first 5-10 posts.

Sometimes a user posts a story or a long message and the first reply quotes the whole message, often including embedded images and such. This is very annoying.

Is there a modification / plugin made that prevents, say ... the first 5 replies to include quotes?
