Give mods admin rep power?
 

For my forum I wanted the mods to have as much reputation power to start out with as the administrators (default is 10). Upon doing a search I didn't really find anything except a really old thread that dealt directly with editing the code to do this, which didn't help because it was so outdated. Anyway, I think it's pretty clear what I'm asking for, I only need to know the means to do it myself if it's not too difficult (I don't script so unless you provide me with ready code and instructions I will fail). If not, then I would certainly appreciate it if somebody made a hack that does this. Thanks in advance.
