swap users from one usergroup to another

Is there a way to swap all users in a certain usergroup to another usergroup.

for example:

all users in usergroup 'user' transfer to 'registered users'

Yes, but can this be done with all users at once or one by one

In the admin cp. Users --- Prune/Move Users
